My company doesn’t IMO, my boss isn’t a bad guy, but he’s a horrible coach and my company does a poor job of providing learning opportunities. That being said, unfortunately I need to stick to it for at least a year

I agree, but employers have this expectation that we should be loyal, but they can fire us whenever they have a business reason to do so
