From my experience (failed first attempt at level 1, studying to retake) the CFA is more of a mental grind than anything else. The material isn’t incredibly difficult, just unbelievably bland and time consuming to study.
This. This. This. Be debt free before you start saving, otherwise all that money you saved is just going to go towards paying off the debt in the future only it will be more due to the interest.
This may have been the best thing I’ve ever read, almost purely due to the heavy featuring of Boy Meets World. Unfortunately, fall in California is just slightly longer shorts, and tees instead of tanks. Maybe some jeans on the rare occasion it dips below 75. I need to move.
I am going to responsibly consume many reasonably priced alcoholic beverages while golfing, followed by irresponsibly consuning many outrageously priced alcoholic beverages at the birthday party shortly following our round. Sunday I get to move furniture.
I’m in #4 situation because we both refused to give up our friends after a 2 year relationship, and it seems to be fine. The awkward period ends pretty quickly thank God. The fact that we don’t give a fuck what the other does also helps.
