As someone who has to deal with Bike advocates at work often, I have grown to really dislike anyone who bikes to work. Some of the most unorganized, delusional group of people who can’t get anything done in a timely manner. I’m all about car free commuting but hate the bikers.
The metro station name hasn’t always been NoMa – Galluadet U. There isn’t much of a nightlife scene in that part of town, so unless you work/live there I don’t know why you would be in that neighborhood.
I don’t even care about getting down voting to death. A significant other having sex with someone else is not the worst thing they could do to you. Shitty yes if you are in an exclusive relationship, but not the worst.
Been cheated on, been tempted to cheat because I was in a bad relationship, been both an unknowing and knowing other woman (all in that order). We all do things we wish we hadn’t. My horse isn’t higher than anyone else’s.
I’m all about thinking about my future, that’s why when I only plan to spend an evening with an guy I base it purely on instantaneous attraction. Why would I consider his career when really it doesn’t matter one bit during our very short “relationship”.
I wasn’t talking about marrying these guys, and I really don’t care about salary. If I’m out at a bar and there is a fire fighter and an investment banker to choose from (both same level of attractivness), I’m going for the fire fighter 100% of the time.

NoMa is the area “North of Massachusetts”, just behind Union Station that has gone through some major redevelopment recently.
