I believe Sperry knew what you meant, and is still right that there is a walking option and moving sidewalk option between the concourses. When you get down to where “the plain train” is, you can just walk to the next concourse instead if you so choose.
I was thinking the same thing. But maybe he just needed to vent to somebody about it and it seems like its a bigger deal than it actually is? Or he just needs to GTFO.
