Name another city 45 minutes from the beach, a train ride to NYC/DC where you can rent a 1,2000 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath for $2,000 a month with parking in a great neighborhood and then talk to me. Plenty of young post grads and neighborhoods that offer anything you might be looking for in a city. I may not love NYC, but before I lived in Philly I always had a better time (and spent 1/3 of the money) as I did in NYC. Go Birds.

I do agree. Healthy during the week, degenerate on the weekends – I think it balances itself out?
Tbh just working out is a lot easier than constantly worrying about your diet
