The best dinner people are the ones who are always down to just split the entire bill regardless… generally these are the same people who won’t go ordering $20 drinks or anything as well and expecting to lowball you..
Philly is pretty sweet and the rents are cheap. I have friends who have moved here from NYC and Boston and always have favorable things to say – though it does help that the city as a whole is significantly cheaper than most east coast cities.
Plus when you’re living on your own, coming back home is pretty sweet. I enjoy the time spent with my parents catching up even if It’s only been a few weeks since I last saw them
No longer a smoker myself, gladly support people who enjoy it though – but I live in philly and A) can’t believe I didn’t hear about this and B) am bummed I missed an opportunity to meet a PGP Legend. Solid article btw
I.E. degree + MBA seems to be th way to go for upward trajectory. Generally, masters in IE plants you in a similar role as a bachelors in IE can get but maybe making about 10k more, with more limited upward mobility as your “business acumen” may not be there to what companies like to have.
I can’t stand all of this “millennial” crap like we are the only ones to ever want a change in the work world. Save it Silicon Valley, it’s the pot calling the kettle black
Similar thing happened to me at Santacon except when I woke up I had $2 instead of the $60 I went out with. Damnit
This comment is going to change my life
Gotta take acidophilus man. It’s a probiotic that does wonders for this. Great article btw

I was thinking the same thing.
I’d use that excuse, if the flight was serving food…
I do that everyday
Yeah man. That place and Federal Donuts are 2 gems

Yep. Won’t order grubhub cause of a $2.00 fee but I’ll spend $50 at a bar in 20 minutes for no reason. What’s wrong with me
Exact same situation. Exact same thoughts.

You’re not alone

Yep. Even my nights out tend to start around 9 now and end at 12:30. Luckily, most of my buddies are feeling the same way
