That's what Maryland Does!
Just going through the motions in my cube until I have enough cash to just brew the rest of my days away.

As a millennial who bought a home in their 20’s I have one major recommendation. If you know that it isn’t your “forever” home then treat it as an investment. I bought my house knowing it would become a rental property eventually so I looked for things that would appeal to my future tenant like good schools. I am transferring next month having owned the home now for 3 years and rented it out for 110% of my costs of ownership. Buying a house is a great investment in your 20s if your disciplined enough to treat it as an investment and not become emotionally attached to the home.
This is my final month of a job that I have not enjoyed with a commute that I hate. I have my exit evaluation next week and then I will be in don’t give a fuck mode till I transfer.
Billy Boy today is a glorious day for deals. Was up late working on my offer for a second income property, submitted at midnight. Crushed a Yeti full of closer juice during the commute in this morning. Now off to close a deal with a shipyard to upgrade some guided missile cruisers, while checking my phone for the counter on the house! After work heading into D.C. for a veterans networking event to start setting up life after the Navy! #DCO
After you tell them you can’t have kids they never bring up kids around you again. It’s great.
I tell people that we can’t because I have bad swimmers. When we eventually do it will be a “miracle” and who doesn’t love miracles.
The USO needs beer. They are very nice and I really appreciate them, but if I have multi hours to kill I am not doing it sober.
I love the airport, I’ll intentionally get there early to post up in the delta lounge and get 2-3 cocktails before my flight.
Love that place
First question I asked at every apartment we looked at, “do you take Amex?” I’m not paying with direct deposit like a chump.
Was really hoping she would refuse to give up here seat after being bumped for a united employee or she would say “bomb” on an airplane.
Disc golf is for try hards who were cut from a quidditch team.
This is a hot and sweaty take
I can verify this, I got thrown out of a bar in Dublin for ordering an Irish Car Bomb.

It’s inspection day for the new house. Hoping all goes well so I can close this deal. #DCO

Tell them they are on a probation period and you have final say at the end of the month.
