MyFitnessPal. I meticulously track my calories. 1600 a day nothing more, eating 5 small meals. The best thing is that I’ve gotten into a routine where I more or less know what I’ll eat day to day. Also it’s great working out 3 times a week for like 1:45 each workout, so much more energy.
Me and some of my fraternity brothers I graduated with are going up to Iowa to watch our beloved Hawkeyes hopefully take home the W. I’m scared of Sunday already.
Wisco’s going to Iowa for a night game this upcoming weekend. Not many teams make it out of a Kinnick night game with a win. See Michigan 2016 and Ohio State 2017.
Traveled South East Asia for three weeks with one of my best friends from college. Two things I heard before we left from our buddies was. 1.) “Who let you two go to that part of the world together?” this was because we become un-tethered when we’re left to our own devices and drugs or alcohol is involved. 2.) You two are going to hate each other by the end. Happy to say we didn’t fight once and it’s awesome knowing that I have someone that I can travel that far and long with while being civil. First thing everyone said was right though.
I appreciate the use of an old school coffee machine. The Keurig has all but killed perpetuating that selfish ‘Me’ society we live in currently. There’s just something about the full pot that is romantic. The aroma filling the air, the morning light seeping into the kitchen reflecting through the steam rising off of the first poured cup. The quiet shuffle of people beginning to stir, shaking the last bit of sleep from their eyes. The coffee pot is communal and brings everyone back to life in the morning in the best and warmest way possible.
1. Pretzels at a German place because being an adult means I can do that.
2. Happy hour tonight and then a party Saturday that’ll just devolve into a full day of drinking.
3. Duda’s extremely controversial take on Koozies.
Work lets me remote one day a week. It’s great on normal weeks, but on those Sunday return weekends it is a blessing.
“Layla, if you don’t come over to Sonny’s apartment tonight there’s a good chance I might develop a stutter. Puh-puh-puh-please don’t do this to me.”
Throwing Flavor Blasted Pizza Goldfish in the ring. The love of my snack life.
Hang in there homie, just follow your gut. Hope it pans out for you.

The food smell thing is because they don’t use a fume hood when they cook, I think.
Kinda wanna see a picture of your feet. Not that I have this fetish, but I mean whats the hype about?
The article’s picture is probably of Duda’s actual slippers.
Love my Continental 80’s, also Reebok classics has put out some cool stuff in the same vein.

I think we can chalk it up to the guy was probably just a bitch, and took the easy and convenient way instead of having a tough conversation.
Right man, it isn’t like moving out of state for a job isn’t a valid reason for a break up and a young relationship. That’s a relatively clean one.
Ghosting after 2 or 3 dates is admissible. But he 100% owed you an explanation. Fucked up on his part.
This translates to all of your life. It’s short and you’re gonna die, you have one at bat so you gotta make it count. It pays to be risky.
Count me in for the Burnetts and Busch light party.

I’m not sure how I feel about this.
