Andrew is a native Texan and, while not complaining about something and talking too much, works as the Creative Director of Atomic Productions. While neither terribly great shape nor particularly handsome, he is known for being surprisingly charismatic and having a very respectable wardrobe.
Nolan is a phenomenal filmmaker. His movies are great. That’s why two of them broach the top 5 on this list, and all three fit in the top 10. But I can also side-step the hype and be honest that a great comic book movie doesn’t necessarily have to be the BEST comic book movie.
What’s that? You don’t like my list that includes three Texas cities all of which are in the top 15 food concept metropolitan areas in the US? Or 2 of which are some of the top 25 restaurant cities in the world?
Yeah, sorry not sorry bro. I don’t even go into an office.
Hate to bust it, Brian. But I saw this. It was dogshit terrible. The most I could equate it to was the little-seen movie “The Ten”, which also starred Paul Rudd and was directed by David Wain. And it, too, was awful. Very unfortunately.
Definitely agree. Several on here that don’t quite make the cut. Butterfly Effect is for sure one of them- though its also reach ‘cult’ status in recent years- so is it really THAT underrated nowadays?
For the record, Catie, though it’s a shadow of its former glory- there are numerous Blockbusters in Dallas that are still open and running strong. And a few in Austin, too.

Heath Ledger died 6 years ago, actually, Randall. Just as if it weren’t already bad.

Second page, caption “And they say “No, we’re serious.”” is Stanley Goodspeed. One of the more-famous shots from The Rock, too, I would say.
It was a glorious day of filming, that’s for sure. Oh, the memories.
Lock Stock is a 90s movie.

You consider Weeds part of the pantheon of high quality televised programming, Brian?
Hey look, it’s most of the actors in Austin I’ve worked with all in one thing.
Is it strange to say I’ve never even heard of Little Big League and Rookie of the Year is one of my favorite movies? Why watch a blatant ripoff?
It was the Plymouth Prowler. And it was awesome.
To be fair, equating anything at the age of 22 as being ‘working on the hill’ is a pretty pretentious stretch to declare in its own right.
Equating any of a fictional millionaire 20-year senior congressman in the show- now that’s just silly.
Also you got railroaded by whoever rented you your apartment.
Otherwise, solid column.
Golf attire is standard daytime wardrobe for the Cheverere clan, isn’t it?
REEEEEALLY need a new driver, Ross.
