So I’m reading/scrolling waiting to find Miami and it looks like you left it off. So to summarize the hell that is North Havana, Fl. 1. city expanding much quicker than construction could ever keep up. As soon as they build a 3/4/5th lane on a highway they start on the next one. 2. no one is from here so everyone is lost. 3. most jobs are within a 3 mile radius of each other so everyone is going to the same place. 4. hispanic people are the worst drivers on the planet. 5. Horrible / almost non existent public transit system. 6. corrupt city that doesn’t decaying roads that don’t have a toll on them. I could go on and on about how horrible miami traffic is.
I work in HR and I can promise you that we hardly read cover letters for two reasons: we are looking for specific experiences that you have and cover letters are like online dating profiles, pure BS. A organized resume that fits the needs of the position will get you much further than any cover letter ever will.
Agreed – just left my second HR job where i did NHO every Monday. It sucks for us too.
But have you seen the dumb redneck stuff he does in his spare time – I would sacrifice cold beer to hang out with him
