Every Sunday night, I sit in bed looking for a movie to watch. First, I used HBO Now with the password I borrowed (read: stole) from a friend. But once I’ve exhausted their catalog of movies because I’ve already seen them, I go to my Netflix queue. There I sit for forty minutes trying to find the perfect Sunday movie. Nothing with too much violence or gore, for fear it will amplify my Sunday Scaries. Nothing too serious, as I worry it will send my emotional state deeper into the drain than it already is. But no, nothing comes up because Netflix doesn’t change their rotation until next month and I’ve already watched anything noteworthy in my queue by now.
Enter: Temps on iTunes. The perfect Sunday hangover movie to remind you that there’s a million people in the world in the same position as you. See for yourself.
Luckily for all of you, this is coming out in select theaters and across on-demand platforms on April 8th, is available for pre-order (special edition, as well), and it can be pre-ordered on iTunes, which is something I’d recommend you do for that Southwest Airlines flight that annoyingly doesn’t have wifi when you need it most after a vacation. And also, if you sign up on tempsmovie.com, you’ll receive updates on special offers, contests, theater screenings, yadda yadda yadda.
Either way, just get out and see the movie instead of watching Ocean’s 11 for the hundredth time. If you truly regret it, send me a Venmo request. .
“Select theaters,” I didn’t know Dillon had a projector in his basement.
Moze from Ned’s Declassified is now a full blown smokeshow.
Have you seen Suzy Crabgrass as Rosita on Walking Dead??
Is this what the budget for the TFM movie actually bought?
The IMDB page for the TFM movie says its completed. There is a single review which says the movie is completely awful (no surprise with a low budget). Maybe the product is so bad it’ll never see the light of day. It’s been over 3 years since their big crowdfunding campaign, and it’s been radio silence since.
The producers told us a release date will be announced shortly. Looking like it’ll come out in the Fall.
I’ll pour something stiff and sit on my balcony to read.
Will do you have a cameo in the movie? Potentially as a gentleman named Todd?
meh.
I will watch, enjoy, consider Venmo-ing you anyways, then not follow through. Next up, TGDAG: The Movie
Based on the trailer, it has potential. Defries fix the links in your post. Currently broken.
I want to hate on this but we’re having beautiful weather in Texas this week and I’m in a generally good mood because of it. At the very least you have a respectable cast and I’d probably watch this with a tumbler full of white wine.
How did you know that was our quote for the poster?
In all seriousness, we had a lot of fun making this film and hope everyone checks it out and enjoys!
I can honestly say no one gives a shit if you had fun making this movie other than your mother.
Woah with the hostility, man
…Ok.
It has potential, I’ll give it that.
Would and will.
