This is what the kids call a “power move.”
Will Ferrell outbid everyone at his own charity auction, dropping a whopping $24,000 on two ringside seats to the WBO welterweight championship between undefeated defending champion Tim Bradley and Manny Pacquiao.
Tim Bradley took time off from training to assist in the auction along with #2 world-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic (Left with red wig), actor Kevin Spacey (2nd left) and #3 world-ranked tennis player Stanislas Wawrinka (far right).
I can’t think of two fictional Franks I’d rather play tennis with than Frank the Tank and Frank Underwood. How cool is that? Anyway, the auction took place in Palm Springs, California at Ferrell’s Desert Smash tournament, benefitting Cancer for College, which has been providing hope and inspiration to cancer survivors by providing college scholarships since 1993. So obviously it was all for a good cause, and all in good fun, but still pretty funny nonetheless.
Check out a picture of Timothy Bradley and world-ranked tennis player Ana Ivanovic at the event below.
You can watch Pacquiao-Bradley 2 on Saturday, April 12 on HBO Pay-Per-View® at at 9pm ET.
