Mr. Charles Montgomery Burns
The Simpsons

For every yin there’s a yang. Sure he’ll never remember your name, but is that what you want from an employee? He takes Smithers for granted like Strickland, and he doesn’t really spend the time caring about the nuclear power plant. He isn’t up on any form of technology, has stolen Christmas and the entire town of Springfield hates him.

As for job security, Homer has always had a job at the power plant, so you can be a screw up but still have a job. Burn didn’t fire Homer after many infractions, including that time Maggie shot him. I’m not sure if Springfield is in an “at will” state, but I’d probably fire my subordinate if that were the case. It could be better, it could be worse.

Boss Rating: B-

I’ll have to respectfully disagree and give Swanson an A+, as our philosophies on breakfast food and nothing getting done at work are extremely compatible.

Dr. Perry Cox (Scrubs), A+++ Competent, straight-shooting guy who drowns his feelings in booze over a game of hockey. A real man’s man.

    Mr. Incredible

Jay Pritchett: drives a new luxury car every week, iron fist at work, plays a shitload of golf, bangs Sofia Vergara.

    Give him a DD.

Michael Scott is a friend first, a boss second, and probably an entertainer third.
