My name’s Will. You probably know that already, but you likely know the old Will. This is the new Will. Investor Will. Trading Will. Paper Stacking Will.
I’m not trying to brag or anything, but yeah, I’ve kind of formed a friendship with my mentor best friend, Taylor. He’s English which is huge for me because you always need a dude with an accent rolling in your crew, even if that dude is just your boy Tommy from Pennsylvania pretending to have an accent in an attempt to impress girls.
Taylor had no prior investment experience before Raging Bull. No joke. Now he has a big ass house with a Dallas Cowboys-themed home theater in it. I went there and saw it. He even let me sit in his Dallas Cowboys recliner.
The first thing Taylor told me was, “You need to set up an E*TRADE account — anyone can do it, even you.” I’m not sure what he meant by the whole “even you” part as if I’m incapable of doing other things, but he wasn’t wrong. It took me all of about five minutes to set up my account.
Over the next two months, Taylor is going to coach me with his proven strategies of day trading through Raging Bull. You might be thinking, “Ha, proven strategies? Why should we believe this guy?” Well, because he has a dope house with a Dallas Cowboys-themed home theater and you don’t. I even saw his accounts while I stood in front of his four monitors during our training session. If I had as much money in my free checking account as he had in his trading accounts, I wouldn’t spend every Sunday afraid to open my Chase app.
I’m going head-to-head versus my friend and colleague mortal enemy, Dave. We’ve each been given $2,000 to trade with and all I have to do is make more money than him. Seems easy given that neither of us have a trading background, but we’ll see. You guys are coming along for the ride so buckle up. I’ll be riding shotgun in my best friend Taylor’s King Ranch Edition Ford truck.

I just updated my LinkedIn to reflect my two latest skill sets: day trading and exposing Will deFries for the loser that he is. Don’t get me wrong, Will’s a nice guy and a great writer. But the fact that he thinks he can out trade me, a guy who has been called a jack of all trades on many occasions, is laughable.
You see, I’ve been learning the game from Kyle, the first Raging Bull user to clear a million dollars. Good dude. They respect his methods so much over there that they bought him a Porsche for shits and gigs. We’ve been in the lab over the last few weeks cooking up our proprietary strategy for the next few months. The plan is there, now we just have to go out there and execute. As Will told you, we’ve been given 2k to trade with. I tried to take less, give Will a few strokes to make it fair, but ultimately they wanted it to be “fair.” That’s fine. I just do what I’m told.
No matter what, I think we all know how this story ends.
1. I make more money than Will and become an expert in day trading in the process;
2. I add a few thousand LinkedIn connections and round up a few more endorsements while I’m at it;
3. I buy Grandex, appoint myself as SVP of Chillon, and then bring back the forums.
