I bet their training staff has a guy specifically to tie everyone’s cleats for them.
It’s actually gotten a bit softer in recent years. It used to be brutal. Knees in backs, elbows thrown off the ball, the “slingshot” tackle. And to the people calling it Rugby, it isn’t. A simple Google search would have proven that wrong. Also, concussions aren’t as common as you would think.
No helmets. #concussioncity
fuck the NFL, lets get this going here.
There’s this neat little game called rugby that also played here in the US (surprise, I know), and is just as, if not more, brutal than this. And ‘this’ is called Footie, FYI.
Didn’t read all the rugby talk…but nevertheless, this is still called Footie.
Fuck rugby, its not American.
Yeah, because the US having the only Olympic gold medals in rugby makes it not american.
…are we sure none of those guys are dead?
You realize this sport is called Rugby, don’t you?
Australian Football is not Rugby Football. Different sports. Similar ball, however.
No, they are not the same thing. Two totally different sets of rules. The field isn’t even the same shape.
I may be an idiot, sir. But if there is one thing that I am not, sir, that, sir… is an idiot.
