Got hit with a game changing text. Thursday sizzle may be returning tomorrow. It puts your boy in a tough spot, as I had originally planned on picking something up. Gotta save that money. It’s part of my 2017 initiative. I think we’ve got a pork loin in the fridge. Fuck. Who knows. WHO KNOWS?
What’s your plan?.

Been a long day, Dave. No fucking clue.
Dino shaped nuggets dipped in BBQ sauce mixed with Frank’s Red Hot.
Don’t be jealous.
Can we be friends?
Are you actually from Long Island too or just love the drink?

Spaghetti with “meat” sauce, spaghetti squash used for the noodles. Gotta eat clean after last night’s wine and cake and cancelled bumble date.
I actually just bought spaghetti squash! Any tips on cooking it?
Quick way- cut it in half and scoop out the seeds. Place on a microwave save dish upside down with a little bit of water. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Once it’s cooked use a fork to scrape out the squash.
You can also cook it in the oven but that takes about 45 minutes.
good stuff guys thanks! I’ll make it tomorrow and report back 🙂
Can confirm
The oven method is way better. Sprinkle with salt and pepper for taste, wont come out so moist (everyone’s favorite word).
Oh it’s definitely the better way but when I’m hungry and lazy during the week it’s the microwave method for me. I like doing a light carbonara or lasagna bake with it when I want cheese.
Are they supposed to smell like shit or did we eat a bad one last night?
SOO.. the verdict is in! I Did it the oven method for about half an hour with salt and pepper, tossed it in a homemade tomato sauce, topped with fresh basil, and served with a side of sauteed garlic spinach. Holy Guacamole was it awesome! Thanks for the inspiration guys 🙂
New York strip and mashed potatoes.
Whatever the hell is in my refrigerator that takes as little effort as possible.
*whatever the interns meal prep for you
Right there with ya man. I had half a loaf of some leftover artisan bread with a side of olive oil to dip it in and a Shiner IPA to boot
Quaesadilla with hamburger meat and beer
How have I never thought to do this
Pretty good, threw some cayenne pepper, cumin, and paprika on the meat for seasoning. Highly recommend.
Make tacos with hamburger meat one night, then the next day turn the leftover taco meat into a quesadilla.
I had 10 pizza rolls and a bowl of Cookie Crisps.
Got some wild kangaroo from a recent work trip down under
Kangaroo is delicious
Congrats on the sex.
Just picked up a new cast iron skillet, gonna break it in with a tuscan chicken breast and white beans with tomatoes.
Make sure you season that skillet first!
