I’ve lost 90 lbs since college football. Just do exactly what the nurse said. If you have an inkling of self-control it is easy, portion control and limiting drinking is how you do it.
Nice work, I grew up 45 minutes from Notre Dame and the only sports team I like from there is Lax (only college team in driving distance and played against head coaches son growing up). Met Rudy, smells like shit and was a try hard.
I work in the athletic dept of the school I went to and played for. But, I cannot wait to leave. Doing the same thing over and over has worn thin, I might miss it when I leave though.
Had my friends up to my lake house this weekend. Friday night casino until 4:30. Wake up at 9 start drinking until 3 am next day. Tubing, skiing, and jet skiing has me sore. 10 cases of Busch light, 2 fifths of fireball, and a handle of titos has me wishing for a quick death.
The whole grandpa Ross thing was funny during season. But now the dancing with the stars and all this shit he does is annoying. I’m a lifelong cubs fan and I get mad every time he’s brought up now.
I normally disagree with Duda, but I agree. I’m really tired of his “schtick.” Being blatantly misogynistic like he is known to be isn’t the coolest thing in my book.
We may be overworked but that’s why we are the greatest country in the world. Greatness comes from hard work and we aren’t afraid of it. That being said, I love those seldom alone moments I can find.
