I started using the kinobody thing and it’s working out pretty well. Diet part is easier than you’d think and only have to workout 3x a week (I do 5 but that’s just me). Highly recommend
I agree that dads are a great resource for this, but I feel like an older brother is also really good for this. My brother is a few years older than me and we’re best friends so he always gets me, yet he is even more blunt with me than any father would. Extremely underrated
