This is good, JR, and your reasoning makes sense .. but it’s sill trash AND here’s why. When you do this you’re showing the less hygienic people that it’s ok and it’s not. You’re starting a dangerous chain of events and next think you know the whole plane smells like feet.
Salads, spaghetti squash and zucchini noodle meals with baked chicken. I’m not a big dressing person, so that cuts out a decent amount of calories. If you aren’t / don’t have the time to workout all the time, stay away from carbs because that’ll only turn into added lbs since you aren’t burning the energy. But honestly, 30 minutes of cardio is better than nothing. It sucks but on occasion I’ll get home at 8 and just suck it up and go for a run.
If I were you I’d subscribe to the podcast Don’t Take It From Us. It has Jenna Crowley and some douche named JR (still waiting on my copy of The Departed) and they go over in depth bumble / dating profiles that are submitted every episode.
I paid way too much for a shirt with my alma Mayer on it to not wear whenever I want. Plus, who the fuck cares? It’s a t shirt. I think Dorn’s take is a little biased as if I recall from his previous writings, he wasn’t one who “bought” into the whole frat scene (ironic) and thus has a different outlook (I went to a school with no Greek life so this is in response to your alma mater wording more or less).

I’m with you. I know OT is not cheap either, essentially making you get unlimited to make it truly worth it.
