I don’t know where you live, but in Houston, I’m a member of TX legal and it’s great. It’s like a monthly insurance fee where some things cost out of pocket, but many things including traffic tickets, civil suits, etc (like apt bills) are completely covered. I use them all the time for this crap. When you throw lawyers at people they often back down and it won’t break the bank. My whole family is covered for like $22 a month.
You’ll do fine. And Darden is a great program. My ROI from MBA has been tremendous and I went to LSU. I think it is a great program for the region, but Darden is legit. Just work the network man and you’ll dominate.
Yeah I’ve had to fill out applications too, but it was after I was offered. Just as a formality. But I’ve never filled out an application first and then got the job.
I’ve received zero job offers from online applications. Three job moves have all come from word of mouth or networking, etc. Filling out online job applications suuuuck.
In other news my firm is looking to hire an Audit Manager (Houston) if anyone is interested. Dinner’s on me if you get hired and make me a referral bonus.
Just bought one for Europe. I’m not about to try to wrangle the kid while looking at the Sistine Chapel.

You know you have a connection with good seats to the Texans games right? Let me know if you ever want to go, we might not use them.
Just finished a work retreat and had a bar tab one night of $3400 in two hours. I love volunteering my card for the points.

The wife and I are looking to buy a lot at the end of this year. Not ready for the full house, but will be fun working towards it the next few years.

Monday scaries hit hard when I went to rollover my 401k balance and half of it was gone. They changed providers and no one told me. Whew, relief.
Jorge in Peru hacked into my Netflix. I’m not mad…actually laughed at the fact that they stole the username/password and created their own profile.
I’m very surprised that Jordan doesn’t have a shaved chest.

Fake it til you make it!

Wouldn’t that make sense though? If it’s the same question the answer should be the same right? Am I reading this wrong?
Afterburn? No, it’s called the afterbrag.
Sonic was our HS hangout spot. That was the place to be Friday nights.
Playyyyyy balllllll!!!!!!
There is nothing that gives me more pride than when the person we are seeing says “wow, you made good time.”
I don’t avoid going at work. Do it all the time. I just don’t hang out where other people shit and do god knows what else.
I quite literally shit and get off the pot. I’ve never had the desire to linger longer than needed in the dirtiest room in the building.
