I have been doing IF for 10 years now. I do a 20/4 setup. Even in college as a swimmer I did it and suffered no lack of muscle or endurance. It is just a matter of giving your body enough time to adjust to it. It is also good for those who suffer from gut issues (which I do) as your stomach isn’t constantly working on digestion.
That is my go to Thanksgiving look (and general fall aesthetic sans tie) It is well put together and still comfortable after smashing numerous amounts of carbs.
I’m in Allen and mine is 80,000. Property tax in Dallas is getting ridiculous. The evaluations are no where near the actual market value. It’s so bad everyone in my neighborhood filed protests against them.

I have a pair that are easily 12 years old. I bleach them every so often and they are still going strong. The quality of the older ones are far superior to what is out now, things will outlive roaches.
