There hasn’t been as much criticism in the comments as there has been “OMG I’M SO OFFENDED EVERYONE LOOK AT ME” or “I’m so much more educated and worldly in my opinions than you, anonymous writer, and I’m going to intellectually jerk myself off to prove it.”
Criticism I don’t mind, and since you actually offered it, I appreciate it. I’m reasonable with those who are reasonable themselves, if you look down through, but honestly I’m not trying to promote reasonable discourse – I’m trying to drive traffic and entertain. Telling someone who made a fool out of themselves that they are “laughably idiotic” may bring me down to their level in the most immature way, but it doesn’t matter what level I am on because we have different goals, the commenters and I.
Am I objectifying women? Am I making light of a serious problem? Am I furthering questionable social constructs? The answer is, “it doesn’t matter.”
If an article on a comedy site is comparable to the behavior it condemns, the behavior must be a joke then, right? Similarly, if you’re trying to get a better understanding from men on http://www.postgradproblems.com you really came to the wrong place. It can be hard to sift through the serious, the outrageous, and everything in between on this site at times, but honestly…think about what you’re assuming for a second in your rush to be offended and let everyone here know about it. A smart and successful wife can positively contributing to a husband’s life does not mean that the husband can’t do the same for the wife, nor does it mean they’re not focused on building an effective partnership together. Relax.
There are minority groups other than black people, just fyi. Also, pointing out that people who do this kind of thing are overwhelmingly white is citing a statistic, not “making it a race thing.”
I’m not particularly a fan of divorce, but it certainly reads as if him reading that book lead to him casting aside society, which led to his marriage collapsing. Seems incredibly selfish to me.
The 7 & 8 hitters delivered. Strength like that at the bottom of the lineup is hard to beat.
They’ve had a lot of free time on their hands
They ain’t playas, however.
Watch “Drive” or “The Place Beyond The Pines.”
“not popular with dudes” is kind of the point
haha awful
Good catch you two
Damn, with all of these down arrows, I hope the article is being passed around DC
blowen
That’s a bold move

Hah, I really should have gotten into breeding.
