I don’t think you grasp the concept of what a society is or the very basic definition of “compensation,” aside from your cats compensating for some sort of shortcoming you must have.
Very well said. My wife lost her father several years ago and this is always the hardest week for her. I hope it’s quite some time before others on this site know what it feels like to lose a parent.
