This will never happen. Strait up never. I work at time warner, we have multi-year agreements with channels that want to bundle together so you have to get the channels you don’t watch with the ones you want. Not to mention almost every channel is owned by a handful of major umbrella corporations, half of its not even us. Every other provider (at&t, dish, direct) does the same thing, and we’re big enough that unless a majority of people (think 10’s of millions) of people dropped service, were not going to care about what the average subscriber ‘wants’. Go do something productive with your time, call us and bitch until we lower your bill, or cancel/go to netflix/hulu/amazon.
