I’m flat out calling bullshit, I5 is nowhere near as bad as the 405, 10, or 5 are in LA, and that’s after living in SD my whole life before coming to this cesspool that is LA. Horrible traffic in San Diego is 20-30 mph with the option to take PCH, dead stop for only 15 minutes isn’t half bad at anytime of day in LA.
