I’ve never done this at work. Have done it at a bar though. Bit tipsy, felt a grumble, got cocky, gambled and lost. It wasn’t that bad, so there was no visible evidence from the outside. I simply said nothing to anyone, and pulled the old Irish exit.
1. Lindsey Graham has only said he’s thinking about running for President. He’s not what anyone who knows about this stuff would call a presidential hopeful yet. Ask RushToRehab, she used to be in politics.
2. Lindsey Graham admittedly hates free speech —> hates the Bill of Rights —> hates America.
3. Stand with Rand!
The best dating advice I ever received was actually from GS Elevator, and it’s lead me to spot a bad situation in so many people, and at one point, my own relationship. If she wants to person you are 20% of the time, 100% of the time, she doesn’t want you.
I actually considered taking up smoking. I used to tell my fiance, if I say in this line of work, no shot I’ll make it to age 50. Eighty hours work weeks, no weekends for half the year, living paycheck to paycheck, all for a candidate you were pretty sure you’d do a better job than. So glad I got out.
Oh yeah, we’re a drain on our economy. Not everyone on Medicare and Social Security (not to mention Medicaid) who eat up several hundred dollars of my paycheck, that despite the promises of politicians, I’ll never see a dime of when I turn 65. Just this past weekend I made a reference to retiring at 65, then literally laughed at myself for having the audacity to think I’d be able to retire anywhere near 65.
Law school is, (for now) still actually useful. A Masters program? That’s undergrad overtime. Everyone I know who went into an M.A. program straight from undergrad, just continued to live like they did as an undergrad. They basically just went to college for 6 years. One even said it was much easier than undergrad.
It really doesn’t hold any water when he realizes that we have a terrible infrastructure, but also wants to give government more money to manage it. I live in NJ, with the highest property taxes in the nation, a higher than almost all state income tax, and tolls basically every mile. I literally pay $100 a month to get to work, just on tolls. And our roads are awful. It’s not a lack of money, it’s a lack of competence/incentive. Maybe it’s time to look to a source other than government to manage our infrastructure? Maybe it’s time to (gasp) privatize the roads?

Her favorite position is missionary, she stopped giving BJ’s the day she got her diploma, and don’t bother if you make less and 6 figures because she has no intention of working past 30.

I was there for the Cincy Oktoberfest, which is the largest one outside of Germany, so maybe I have a skewed view of Cincy.
It was sure nice of them to cover for Malia Obama.
Indianapolis is actually a blast, and Cincinnati is pretty fun too.
$250 per couple really doesn’t seem that, “elite.”

I actually just stopped going to Sunday weddings.
I don’t necessarily disagree with #3. They’re for sailors.

Trying to act sophisticated while schmoozing with donors who make your annual salary every 10 minutes.
