Call me a savage, but I rarely wipe down gym equipment. Pretty much only if there is a puddle of sweat. Wiping stuff down is only for peace of mind. Sweat is fairly sterile, and I seriously doubt the Windex-like spray applied in an S pattern to probably 25% of the surface area of the bench is doing anything.
Had me until you said don’t leave at 5. You have to keep boundaries between work and the rest of your life. Go hard when you’re at work and then leave it in the office when the clock strikes 5.
