It is in fact a good place to starts. You got to the mall and/or brick and mortar store to try stuff on, then find it cheaper online. That’s the only way.
Bill, excellent song choice. Illmatic was worn out in the tape deck of my Ford Ranger in high school (CD warehouse was having a fire sale on tapes, I’m not 100). This morning is going to consist of getting plenty of sleep because tonight is Freddie Gibbs at The Metro in Chicago. I’m going with all my friends that smoke WAY more weed than I do, so I need to recharge and keep pace.
I am a stickler for regional dialect. Maybe I’m wrong so NY people please correct me if I am. But, unless she got baloney and kraft singles, she didn’t get that charcuterie plate from a bodega.
Well gang, today is my 31st birthday. Truly one of the most unimportant birthdays in a human beings life. Gonna work some OT this morning so probably rip a couple cups of joe and and hit the gym.
As a former wrestler/out of shape piece of shit, I consider jiu jitsu on a monthly basis. I even have a friend who is a professional fighter and teaches classes. I keep telling myself “I don’t have the time”, but that’s only half true. I need to pull the trigger.
I have to imagine this is pretty common place. A few years ago there was what seemed like a mass exodus from the Chicago suburbs to Denver. And it’s the same thing. All these kids that moved there just hang out together. Which I get. But at the same time, don’t feed me a line of bullshit about “getting away” when you’re just smoking weed with kids you went to grade school with.
There are so many factors in why hockey isn’t as popular as other sports. The quality of the game is not one of them. I’m not arguing that. I get you don’t have to have played a sport to be a fan. I’ve said that like four times in this thread.
Anyone who doesn’t respect the sport is an idiot. But you answered your own question. People don’t watch it or like as much as other sports because they didn’t play it. It’s not hard to figure out. Whatever you want to think about it, it’s a niche sport. Until recently, huge portions of the United States didn’t think twice about hockey.
So you wrote a whole thing about how great something is and you “don’t give two shits”? I’m not dogging you for caring. It’s something important to you, I get it. But don’t do the “I’m not even mad” thing, man. You’re too good for that.
Go stuff yourself…you stuffin’ guy…
I’ve been late to functions multiple times because I got caught up watching JP. Certified classic.
Is it just me? Or does every mall smell exactly the same?

Uncle Buck. I’ve recently come to the conclusion that it’s my favorite movie of all time.
Any movie involving the mafia is terrible on regular cable.

I disagree on your sentiments about Chicago/the midwest. But to each their own.
That sounded like a sweet ass gun. Too nice to use to off yourself.
I’m happy I likely don’t go to the same gym as you. But hey, go get ’em.
Thanks, friend.

Realizing you’re old as hell compared to most of the readership. #PGP

If I’ve learned anything from this thread, “hate on”=”doesn’t like it as much as I do”.
