This article could not have come at a better time for me. As someone that just took a very small leap of faith, that pit in your stomach you feel because of the unknown ahead can be tough to handle. What comes on the other side though can be so unbelievable sometimes you just laugh at yourself for being afraid. Solid read.
Same boat. Hammered Moscow Mules for the majority of the day and took multiple naps. A little different than waiting on the top step of the stairs with my brother and sister so we could run downstairs and see the loot but we had fun.
FIFA is honestly one of the greatest week day stress relievers. While I miss facing off with the guys back at the house, I still enjoy dominating kids online. And if you’ve never spiked a controller then you’ve never conceded 2 goals in the 90th minute based on utter bullshit.
I think the parade idea is fucking stupid. I don’t want them to go 0-16. All I want is 1-15. 1 fucking game please. I get that it’s the Browns and everyone likes to pile on (they deserve it) but that’s not something I’m looking forward to. Cleveland has so many shit sports stories associated with it already that I don’t see a need to add 0-16 to that list. It’ll get better one day. Just like I often day dreamed what it would be like to go to the World Series with the Tribe, I think about what it’s like when people are high on the Browns. The stadium is so fucking rowdy and its just damn fun. Until then I watch the Browns every Sunday at 1pm. At 4pm I get to watch NFL football.
Including the Browns probably would have been low hanging fruit. I legitimately don’t remember what it feels like to win a football game because it hasn’t happened to me in over a fucking year
I think Rick hit it on the head. I left CLE for Oxford for a couple of years and that did 2 things. 1) I realized that there are a lot of cool places to see filled with cool people to meet. 2) Cleveland, despite shit winter weather, is a peaceful place to live. It’s my little bubble on the North Shore. It’s damn hard to take the Cleveland out of a person that’s spent their childhood and adolescence living there.
I always say that Ohio (I live in Cleveland) is a great place to grow up and a great place to raise a family. Despite what the wisdom of the Recruitment Chair I don’t think it’s the best post grad location. I think I have a longing to go elsewhere because deep down I know I will always have family in the region, so it wouldn’t be goodbye. Just see ya later.
Really well said. The Heroin epidemic specifically is out of hand in Ohio. Have had at least 2 people from high school that were absolute stunners and many more of people where all I could do was sadly shake my head. Stay as far away from that drug as possible. It hurts so bad to see people go down that road and ultimately lose. Can’t imagine dealing with that as a family member.
God damn I can not wait for my shoulder mount to arrive.
Love me some Flip or Flop….. mostly because of Christina. Sup.
If we’re being honest here I have a hard time not belting out The Middle every time I hear it.

The only thing I could possibly think of is he plays a lot of guitar and finger picks a lot. Still gross but at least maybe there’s an explanation?
I can’t wait to tell my grand kids how I had to walk 5 miles uphill in both directions through snow just to find an iPhone 5 charger
Really like this series. It’s helped me a lot as I get closer to being ready to make a move!

Emails marked as “High Importance.” PGP.
Would love an iPad app. Or at least the ability to go landscape.
Would love to take you out to brunch in Hogsmeade then never call you again

Anybody else watching Divorce? I find that show very funny. Sort of a reverse romantic comedy.
Pretty sure deFries has a rule based around Instagram and relationship status. Think it had something to do with 3 pictures. Need confirmation.
