This is absolute gold. I remember reading this article a few days ago and thinking, “Wow, this asshole clearly has no idea how things actually are for 20-somethings.” We basically do everything he’s listed anyway because we aren’t talentless idiots, and yet we’re still stuck in mediocre entry-level jobs until we’re almost 30 because of crippling financial debt and a serious lack of opportunity. I’m looking forward to the day when the Boomers and their sense of entitlement are gone and replaced by the Milennials who have an actual sense of what it is to start from the bottom and work your way up despite an abundance of obstacles. We’ll be able to look at the generation below us much more objectively and with a real sense of empathy.
