There’s this stronger version of Fireball out there called Cinerator. It sends you into a blackout quicker than Fireball ever could. My friend was a real asshole with it and is no longer my friend.
Thankfully you and the mutual friend had each other to fall back on. I usually try to figure out who’s going to these events to avoid being the person who only knows the host. Mutual friends can come in clutch.
Officially got another CALI award in two classes last semester and one of them was a credit hour more than the rest. Got a call back for an interview this week for a potential job after school. No plans going into this weekend, but you’ll likely hear from me in the column on Monday.
Pedialyte and a multivitamin/emergen-c before bed. Repeat in the morning and drink sprite for the inevitable stomach ache. Water all throughout. Works like a charm.
Not that I’d ever want to defend someone who sexually assaults someone, but didn’t he pass a lie detector test after vehemently denying the allegations? Is there something new?
Cortland person…I have a feeling that police dog was picking up on the residual illegal substance in your nose. Also, as someone in school and working, your story gave me some serious anxiety.
What part of Kansas? If just outside the metropolitan area of KC or Wichita you’re not too far from some pretty fun places that don’t have too much mud.
What about the plus one? I’m currently the plus one to a Friendsgiving and the person bringing me (lucky her, I know) is already bringing a dish. Planning on bringing some wine even though I wasn’t asked to bring anything.
