I feel you, I also got laid off two months ago. Spent the first month dicking around and #livingmybestlife. Spent the second month mass applying to jobs, made even more difficult by the fact that I’m using this as an opportunity to make a career change. The anxiety and self doubt are starting to creep up on me entering month 3, here’s hoping you don’t ever get to that phase.
I’ve been getting laser treatments for 2 years now and will never go back. I’ve used the creams before but honestly the best thing is ice! My technician gives me a pack to hold on the area for about a minute before she starts and it’s life changing.
