My parents lived in south Houston(league city technically) and there is a burger place near the boardwalk that was the best burger I’ve ever had. Houston commenters will be able to help me out remembering the name.
$6 Bud Lights?? I got blackout on Bells Two Heart IPA at Laguardia on Black Friday. Didn’t ask the price beforehand cause you’re right about money not being real at airports. Got the bill, they were $18/piece for tall. I had 6. Turns out that bill was very real.
I’m doing my bachelor party in Vegas for opening weekend of MM. We got a reserved room for 10 hours with all you can drink beer and liquor for $275, and a reservation at an Italian place(Battistas hole in the wall) with all you can drink wine. Friday we are hopping around the strip. Saturday, god willing, will be golf and more gambling. Fly out Sunday. A) Def recommend Vegas for MM, B) Not having any plans is nutty.
I get it. Not knowing about overdraft fee or direct deposit in 2018 is kinda brutal. That being said, my now wife didn’t know how to grocery shop and compare items by looking at the price per ounce. Sometimes it’s just ignorance of upbringing and not ever needing to know those things until 23.

It’s actually 8am for grocery and gas stations, noon is restaurant or 11am with food. And it’s true, though I think I gained some degenerate respect with my 48 pack 9am purchase.
