    Furd’s right, this is exactly what has happened.

    An extension of this is that stress and sleep deprivation can cause the body to hold on to fat, even when you’re adhering to a strict diet. These two factors can contribute to the metabolic fatigue Furd’s talking about.

    I’m sorry, but you’re wrong here. The whole idea behind IF is that you do not ingest calories during the fast, so no butter in your coffee. Black coffee and ice water is the game plan during the fast.

    You seem to be merging a keto diet and IF, incorrectly. It’s fine to utilize a keto diet and IF at the same time; if you are doing so, ingesting fats comes during your eating window.
