Homemade chicken salad (chicken breast from a rotisserie chicken, toasted pecans, grapes, mayo) on a croissant with lettuce and tomato… maybe some sunchips , definitely some Sauvignon Blanc
One pan Salmon, broccoli, and carrots drizzled with teriyaki sauce baked in the oven. Maybe I’ll ruin it by making those red lobester cheddar garlic rolls.
I’m not to the point where I hope a meteor hits my home but I do hope one hits my workplace (when no one is there) and displaces us for a few weeks allowing me to have a long paid vacation. Fingers crossed!
