Got a 3 hour meeting today that starts at 9am. My boss and I are presenting the latest updates and new data we’ve published in the last two months. I’m going to need all the cold brew to get through this one. The sooner this day is over the sooner I’ll be out on the boat with a beer in my hand.

I woke up to fu King early this morning. Venti cold brew to power me through my first day back in the office after a long weekend. Martha better have the data I’ve been waiting two weeks for ready. If she doesn’t it’s going to get ugly.
Driving back to DC from Boston today, lots of cold brew will be drank. Thankfully it won’t be pouring rain the entire drive like it was on Saturday. I’m making a little pit stop to pick up the best cupcakes I’ve ever had and I couldn’t be happier.
I’d 100% slap freshman year DrunkCartographer. Get blackout drunk a minimum of 4 nights a week? Sure that really helped me academically. Cry because the guy I was hooking up with didn’t want to be my boyfriend? Yeah because that’s a good look for anyone. Cry again after meeting the girlfriend of the guy you’re hooking up with? Well, this was ok and done (in the privacy of my friend’s car as he picked me up) only after chatting her up all night at a party to make said guy sweat wondering if I was going to tell her he was cheating. Yeah, freshman year me is someone I hate.
