Hockey absolutely kills itself with the 20 (or is it 15) minute break after the 3rd period and before overtime. I’ve had multiple roommates watching and interested in a hockey game and they just say forget it and go to bed instead of wait for OT.
Even the entire extra day it takes to crown a US Open champ in golf is less anticlimactic than the long break before OT.
After being required to walk for 8 straight years I took for granted how much I enjoy it. Nothing better than a relaxing 9, 12 or 14 walking after work.
Hate the stereotype that walking slows you down. Yes it takes longer to get to your ball but everyone focuses on themselves and the time between each players shot is drastically reduces. I agree that it helps me play better. And it forces you to look at your out from both sides of the hole as you approach the green. The downside is I never enjoy my cigar the same when I walk.
The 36 hole walking tournaments we played in college are an entirely different story though.
Wear a coat if it’s really that cold out (talking below the mid teens). Otherwise I try to wear a pullover or sweater when it’s not freezing and just suck it up.
Couldn’t agree with you more. As someone who frequently attends Colts and Pacer games the pricing these days make zero sense.
In a stadium like Lucas Oil with 7 levels you can frequently get seats in the 100 or 200 level (100s being lowest) cheaper than the 400 level. The 400 level only has 4 rows and different ushers and that’s legit the only difference. People pay way too much for any hint of exclusivity.
Triple A ball is awesome. Nothing better than dollar hotdog night.
That’s what you get for running in Birkenstocks.
Why is the floor wet Margo? I don’t knowwww Todd!
@duda
He’s just telling you that. Guys don’t give a damn about length of your nails.
Is it possible to be done with wedding season?
Already 2 weddings in and have 7 more on the schedule.
Me: not all kids have a healthy heart and we are raising money to help some sick kids.
Jesus: I don’t have a heart.
Well said.
My favorite is when one of the guys steps out of line and quickly back tracks instead of facing the oncoming shit storm.

Go. Everyone is liquored up and having a good time. I’m sure you will meet some people at the wedding who are looking to continue the party elsewhere
If I can’t have a nightcap, or 6, at the hotel bar post wedding then count me out.
How does everyone handle the cost for the bachelor? I attended my first last year and am looking at 4-5 this year.
Last one I went to we covered the cost of everything for him. Do you guys do the same or what?
Also walking rates are helpful when you’re a broke post grad like me.

If you aren’t going to the gym or working out at all that day then put the athleisure back in the closet.
I refuse to workout in lulu because it’s just too expensive and nice for the gym. Their polos are a staple in my wardrobe though.
Ps. joggers are the worst thing I have ever seen.
Sup?
Carat(s)…?
Good for you.

Almost as bad as chubby girls looking for someone who “takes care of themselves”.
Big fan of what is going on up there. Giannis and Jabari are a ton of fun to watch.
