Not all couple are the same. I participated in a surprise wedding in Kansas City, and it was the most beautiful event ever. The bride who wanted a low-stress wedding was the happiest person. The ceremony and everything about that event was just perfect.
She did pick up her dress as preparations to the wedding they’ve discussed (so yes, it is not like she would not have married the guy)
So while this is not something that every bride would have liked, it can work.
