You should be ok with settling down, it’s the folks that rushed into it that I pity. Seems like you lived the life you wanted to live and now are ready to turn the page. Its the folks that married at 21 and didn’t give themselves a chance to grown and learn how to be alone and independent that are truly doomed. But on the other hand, ignorance is bliss, many dont realize it and are perfectly happy.
