If I could ever recommend a book on this site, The Go Giver is a great one. Easy to read (100 pages) and something I think would help anyone struggling with working too much

The 11:30 am kickoff is definitely a monster. You get to the tailgate by 9, try to go into the game buzzed, then come back to watch a game at every single time slot of the day till you’re 14 drinking hrs deep. We called it hitting the tv cycle
