You should sue if you end up getting injured or crash. At worst, they should be telling you to work from home/use your judgment
I slid into a ditch last winter and dented my bumper. It was company policy that they had to pay to fix the damages. I️t was nice, but sometimes I think if it wasn’t policy, I could have really exaggerated the damages, “wow looks like I really need four new tires.”
As poorly as they often run, this is where the subway makes life easier, if only slightly…
