I respond with “I’m only a social drinker” and refuse to answer any further questions.
This is a good answer. I will now utilize this not only with my doctor but with everyone.
“Are we talking by myself or with people?”
“Because the answer to both is, more than I should.”
Paying entirely too much for mandatory medical insurance that I’m too poor to use because I can’t afford deductible and co-pay… PGP
My fav is when I respond “I only drink like 2 times a month….so I’d say 15-20 total drinks” and watch them glare at me.
