I honestly believe that TFMs huge popularity by try hards bringing too much attention to the site and fraternity culture brought national attention and retribution from libs, the media, student orgs, and universities. It should’ve been more of a well kept secret, but a handful of idiots turned it into a billboard reinforcing the stereotypes of fraternity culture. Throw on a couple videos of hazing and racist chants, boom! How many of our chapters have we lost in the nationwide crack down in the past 5 years? Too many.
To be fair I don’t think Grandex would’ve wanted it to be kept secret.
I’m not saying it’s their fault, just unintended consequences. A double edged sword if you will.
Check out the post Dave added to the Reddit page last night.
I don’t like TFM
TFM about five years ago was pretty great now it’s terrible

Commenters have gotten worse as the years have gone on. I don’t get on as often as I used to but I miss when there were commenters who had schticks, like PA guy and Devry Guy.
It all went down hill after I got banned on TFM. In my opinion.
And you were????
Guys like sterling Cooper and David Allan Bro made that place what it was
There are accounts now with schticks, they’re just not funny.
