But seriously, anyone got any ideas of how to cure this shit other than meds? Tried that already and didn’t work.
Try a spoonful of honey before bed. I remember my mom had this and found this to pretty much fix it.
Work some miracles.
Omeprazole daily. It works.
I was doing that for a while and it did nothing.
See if you can get a higher dosage. Mine is terrible. Sometimes I pop 2 if it’s real hefty. Probably not doctor recommended but I live on the edge
bodies are weird, man. Cutting lactose really helped me increase my appetite from an acid reflux standpoint. No idea why
Dads had it for the better part of twenty years. Started taking a tbsp of apple cider vinegar mixed with a glass of water at lunch everyday and swears it’s completely gone

Had acid reflux for years. Hit the doctors office, put me on a super strong med for 6 weeks, couldn’t drink alcohol, but damn if it didn’t cure me. Hardly ever get it now unless I eat like chicken parm or something
