Almost that time, and I have no plans. Going in blind. As I type this, I’m involved in a lengthy discussion about added salt, or the lack thereof, with my coworker, Tasha’s diet. She’s avoiding it all together for fitness. I don’t know how one does that. I’m anti-added sugar, you knew that, though. But salt? Can’t even imagine.

Taking the mom to dinner. Some a-hole took her out the other night. Treated her to some real nice seafood and then just ghosted her after. Thinking maybe Olive Garden, something to lift her spirits.

Left some chicken breast cooking in the slow cooker this morning. Mexican chicken tacos are the clean meal prep i actually dont hate. couple jars of medium chunky salsa, smoked paprika, light taco seasoning, bunch of lime juice and cilantro. Toss in a can of sweet yellow corn and plain pinto beans and its an all in 1 meal.
But before that some preworkout and some moderate self body shaming and a few hours in the gym.
Whatever you do, don’t have the mango pre workout that dude who threw up in front of the school bus had….side note, those tacos sound delish
