I made a wall post about borrowing money from dad for a down payment on a car, which I thought was funny because my dad is God. Clearly, the joke went over the heads of Grandex.
Not sure if you’re asking me, but the Wall post and Photo weren’t that great, the article was about falling in love with an unknown Office 10 who works in my building while we rode the elevator down after work one day. I thought it was pretty fire, going to blame the intern’s shitty taste.
I’ve submitted some stuff for the wall and got zero hits. I’ve wanted to write an article or two, but if Johnny D is the bar for posting stuff, I’m not sure I wanna be associated with that.
There was a book I once read called the E-Myth (highly recommend it if you’re any bit entrepreneurial). One of the things it talked about for why businesses suffer over time is the expectations of its consumers. If I go to a place for a $20 haircut, and I get a cut, straight edge cleanup, a back rub, hot towel, and my hair styled, I leave very impressed and think I got way too much for $20. After a few times though, I may or may not get everything unless I ask, or they stop doing certain things altogether. I still get a great haircut for a fair price, but I have a sense of let down because the expectation was set and it isn’t the same anymore. The majority of consumers feel an irrational sense of betrayal and leave for competitors even if they also charge $20 for a good haircut.
TL:DR. Grandex set the expectation to come to their app and see articles, pictures, and wall posts. Why is there a lack of consistency? Something internal and/or lack of accountability is my guess.

My two cents: they should hire you as an outside consultant to assist them with their lack of motivation and general quality of work.
