It’s no secret that I love Donald Trump. Not as a presidential candidate of course; I have at least a few brain cells rattling around in my head. Aside from his political aspirations, however, I admire a man who gives so few fucks about what the world around him thinks that he legitimately does not know (or care) what’s real and what is isn’t. From his many speeches and statements that he’s made over the past year, we know that he believes whatever he wants, whether it is clearly untrue, or in this most recent case, pure fantasy. According to Uproxx.com, “Three payments of around $10,000 each to the fictional agency founded by Don Draper (Jon Hamm) and Roger Sterling (John Slattery) were discovered while digging through the White House hopeful’s latest campaign expense report.”
It’s unclear whether Trump believes the fictional agency from AMC’s “Mad Men” is real because he’s so out of touch with reality that he can no longer comprehend TV dramas from news or if he just wants it to be 1960 again so badly that he’s convinced himself the show is real. Personally, I think he just loves his name so much that he has a staffer who’s sole job is to blindly hand out checks to anyone that shares it, real or not. Personally, I love this move, and I think more candidates need to explore the world of fiction to help their campaigns. I’m not saying Hillary should send a check to Hiro Nakamura, the time-traveling character from Heroes, to go back in time and give her a heads up about Benghazi, but it’s worth a shot. Hell, while she’s at it, any of the main characters from Silicon Valley could definitely have helped her clear up this whole pesky email situation.
I’m sure the Trump campaign, or hopefully the big man himself, will soon come out with a statement explaining these payments and this will all be cleared up. I have no doubt it will be a reasonable, thought-out statement full of transparency and factual statements. I look forward to more entertaining news from America’s longest running reality show, the presidential race..

“If you don’t like what’s being said, then change the conversation.”
– Don Draper/Trump’s entire political strategy.

Two things: 1. This was horribly written with several grammar errors a 6th grader could find 2. This man might be our next president…
This has Enron-esque scandal written all over it.
Lol It’s funny thinking about all the hooligans in running for office, always been this way and just like before no matter what happens, in the end we’ll all be okay. Haha jk idk I’m high right now
It’s apparently a front/slush fund that exists in name only for some medical device guy that the campaign manager was shuttling cash to before he got fired himself.
This is the best election ever.
