I made the cardinal mistake of taking down some chips and salsa as soon as I walked through the door this evening. The wife was at the store, and waiting another hour or so to get dinner going wasn’t an option. So here I sit, belly full of the red stuff. It’s chicken taco night. Let’s see how this plays out.

It’s bachelor monday, so we’re grilling steaks, as is tradition. This week, we’ve got some wagyu steaks that were mailed to us.

Tonight we’re going pasta with Italian sausage, garlic marinara, and sauteed spinach and mushrooms. Might also throw in a little apothic red to really round things off.
Great choice with the Apothic, it’s one of the regular staples in our rack. Just a solid cheap bottle
Hell yeah. I also more recently discovered apothic dark which is great too but nothing beats the original.
