OMG. This is the most hilarious and true article I’ve read in a long time. I laughed so hard my one ab hurts….and I’ve had such a crappy day because I am, indeed, in ketosis…. I hope I don’t do any of those things but I’m pretty sure I do!! I am sharing this so many times. Great writing!!
