As much as this sucks, this is the move. Assuming he is serious about wanting to get into another relationship (which is a bad idea at this point imo, but I digress…), being up front about that shit saves you/the other person time and emotional energy down the line.

Additionally, living with chronic illness that requires you to vigilantly monitor your food intake can be a reason to eat less. I make sure to eat dinner every day but other than that its pretty hit or miss.
